Drawing of a fisherman statue. The man is wearing overalls, boots, a long sleeved shirt and a hat. He is holding on to a rope in both hands. The rope has a buoy float at the end. He is bent slightly back giving him the posture of a man pulling on a rope. He stands on a rectangular base which looks like a wooded crate. In the lower proper left corner is a black "10". Near the man's right leg is handwritten text reading: "SCALE 1' = .66' \ TO BE FOUNDED \ IN ALASKA OF \ CAST BRONZE."
