Wood, yellow paint, four tapered legs, two squared supports running horizontally in front, two rounded dowels on left and right, one in back, metal wires in "X" between; curved braces under seat, seat formed of five pieces, straight back, decorative solid inset support panel in back, top back w/ decorative carved design. 1 inch by 6 inch piece of felt attached to top back.
