Description:
Cast iron tubular bucket has 1.0 inch wide, 0.25 inch thick band around middle. Handle hooks onto long—stemmed nuts which are bolted through opposite sides. Welding indicates it was hand—made. Height measurement with handle up; height is 10.375 inches with handle down.
Notes:
Used at A—J Mine for melting lead, which was used to make bearings, etc. Donor also has draw knife for making lead bearings. (See 93.10.01)
