"Alaska Governmental Center" Presentation Panel.
Panel is divided into two sections. The section on the proper left shows a painting of a hearing room complete with desks, benches, seats and people. At bottom, off center towards proper left is the following caption: HEARING ROOM. Artist's signature, "Ryan", is visible in the lower proper left of painting itself. The section on the proper right of panel contains textual information relating to "SPACE STUDY C: RENOVATION AND RESTORATION OF / EXISTING CAPITOL BUILDING".

At the bottom of the panel is a white and brown banner. Within the white section of the banner at proper right is the following: "C EXISTING CAPITOL RENOVATION." Within the tan section of the banner at proper left in raised embossed letters is the following: "ALASKA GOVERNMENTAL CENTER / NORTHWEST DESIGN ASSOCIATES ARCHITECTS & ENGINEERS."
