Description:
USCG Auxiliary officer's pennant, blue nylon with USCGA emblem (2 crossed anchors behind a circle reading "United States Coast Guard Auxiliary" with another circle inside it reading "Semper Paratus") stiched near pole end, and two vertical white bars stitched near pointed end. White 2" seam on pole end with manufacturer's tag (American Flag & Banner Co.) and "DISTRICT COMMODORE / SIZE 3" stamped in black, as well as two metal—rimmed holes.
Notes:
District commodore's pennants commonly seem to have white star between emblem and pole instead of two white bars between emblem and pointed end of pennant.
