Description:
A — Kelly green ball cap with circular patch on front, yellow trimmed in black. Patch has black lettering "CITY OF DOUGLAS ALASKA" . Center of patch has black mountains, green mountains, black outline of buildings, white water and tiny yellow boat(?). Eight pins attached to front area:
B—E — gold—colored circular pins inscribed "4th of July CITY OF DOUGLAS ALASKA" has same scene as patch. Clear enamel coating.
