Beater consists of:
A — Screw lid with wood—handled wire beater, has hole in center through which twisted double wire runs. Wire is twisted into loop at top of handle while wooden handle fits loosely around wire, spiraling down and twirling beater as it is pushed down.
B — Threaded clear glass jar has 10 sides and narrows very slightly at "waist". Three of the facets marked with measurements, .25 to 1.75 cups on left, marks in center, 2—14 ounces on right. Large circular blip center bottom.
Inscription: "PAT. MAR. 30TH 1915 / #113341304"
