Caulk boots. Black leather logging boots made by Wesco with spikes (caulks) on the soles. No laces. "WESCO" name and icon stamped at top outside of the calf of each boot.

Notes:
In the late 1980s Woodie worked for C&F Logging Company (Camper & Fleury) in Nichin Cove on Tuxekan Island; subsequently he worked for Whitestone Logging Company in Port Frederick at Westport. He retired in 1989 when in his late 30s because he was starting to have back problems. That was the last time the boots were worn.
