Red Window Box of White Chalk Crayons
Description:
Red cardboard tuck—flap box with /white trim and small window in lower front side revealing chalk. "WHITE CHALK CRAYON" on front, "A GOLD MEDAL PRODUCT" written on sides. Four whole sticks of chalk and twenty fragments of various sizes.
Notes:
Binney & Smith invented "dustless" chalk c. 1902 & won gold medal at St. Louis Fair shortly thereafter.
