Description:
Pre—tied white ties have metal "hooks" on one end of collar and ring at other end. Ring is attached to adjustable elastic.
A — 16.5 inch by 1.5 inch and 0.5 inches, has small metal clip on band behind bow at right. Starched. Elastic at its max. length, 2.5 inch, has forked clip behind center of bow to attach to shirt.
B — 15.75 inches by 4 inches by 1.75 inches by 0.75 inches, at its minimum length 1.875 inches, fuller with more gathering.
