Description:
One aluminum soda can. Can is for the softdrink Sprite which is a product of the Coca—Cola Company. Information on the can includes nutritional facts, recycling information, company information, ingredients, a bar code, amount of liquid originally inside, and name of beverage. Around upper edge is a black strip with white, blue and red text reading "NBA CARLOS 1 BOOZER — MAKING ALASKA PROUD". On the side of the can, between the two texts reading "Sprite" is an illustration of a man in running with a basketball in his left hand. He is wearing a basketball jersey and shorts. The jersey reads: "Cavalliers \ 1". Next to the man's right leg is a signature in yellow. Top has an unopened tabbed poptop.
Notes:
Carlos Boozer grew up in Juneau. He played basketball at Juneau High School, including two state titles. Boozer went to Duke University and played basketball for them, helping win the 2001 Men's Division 1 championship. In 2002 Carlos Boozer was drafted into the NBA by the Cleveland Cavaliers and stayed with them until 2004. Between 2004 and 2010, Boozer played with the Utah Jazz. Since 2010, Boozer has been with the Chicago Bulls. Boozer was also a member of the 2004 U.S. Olympic team which won the bronze. (Information dated October 2013).
