Hand Mixer and Pitcher Set
Description:
A — 11.625 inches by 5 inches hand beater rests in 6—inch glass pitcher. Wooden handle on top has three small strips of green paint remaining. Handle of geared crank has little green paint worn off. Hand crank turns four—spoked wheel with cogs on perimeter that, in turn, engage one beater's teeth with other beater's teeth. "Pebble"—surfaced platform just below beaters' cogs rests on lip on inside edge of pitcher.
B — Pitcher has four panels of vertical grooves on outside. Bottom of glass has company's name.
Inscription: "MADE IN UNITED STATES OF AMERICA / (diamond) / NUMBER C 39 / EKCO — CHICAGO / DESIGN PATENT NO. D—11089".
