Description:
Small shallow round serving bowl of white glazed ceramic. Green floral wreath—and—leaf pattern decorates ridged rim. There is flat curved protrusion on one edge of bowl which can be used as handle.
Inscription: John Maddock & Sons L. ENGLAND Vitrified [manuf. emblem — stylized lion]

Collected in 1980's on diving expedition. Princess Sophia sank at Vanderbilt Reef— ca 1918 Pattern is called "Newport"
