Description:
Rounded wooden handle inserted into 4.25 inch iron head. Head is four—sided tapering sharply on one end and squared off at other.
Notes:
Hammer was used for breaking up small ore samples. Found while hiking in Alaska Juneau Gold Mining Co. Mine circa 1963 with Bill Byington (and Ken ? Lokken) near hoist.
