Description:
Color artist proof print of Dianne Anderson's "Swamp Lanterns: Signals of Spring". The print is black, yellow and tan. The illustration is of a landscape featuring skunk cabbage, trees, and two birds perched on a branch. Both of the two birds and all of the skunk cabbage are yellow. Below the lower proper right corner of the print is text handwritten in pencil reading: "SWAMP LANTERNS: A/P c \ Signals of Spring". The "c" is enclosed in a circle and is the copyright symbol. Below the lower proper left corner of the print is text handwritten in pencil reading: "Dianne R. Anderson Fall 94". Verso is blank. Paper is white and unfinished along the right and left edges.

From Professor Alice Tersteeg's collection of original artist proof's of Dianne Anderson's work. Anderson was a student of Tersteeg at the University of Alaska Southeast (UAS) circa 1995. Tersteeg returned work to Anderson in 2014.
