Circular plate with scalloped edge has raised swirl design around edge, raised dots around inner edge. Stenciled gilt lacy design in bowl, stenciled green, brown, black, and white deer design in center (oval shaped, deer in woods). Red ribbon for hanging runs through hole from front. Inscription on front and back.

Notes:
Plate collected by Mrs. Gustav Messerschmidt, (Mrs. Shaw's mother), (Gertrude Rossina) who moved to Juneau in 1899 & married Gustav. They lived in Juneau & ran Purity Bakery , at 120 2nd St, which is now Silverbow Inn & Bagal Place.
