Paper protest flag with Murkowski's image
Description:
Small yellow paper flag with black ink image of Governor Frank Murkowski printed on both sides, attached to a wooden bamboo skewer, blunt at both ends.
Notes:
Flag was found at the base of Sheep Creek trail in June 2005. As with the other flags like this, it was stuck in a mound of dog poop. Flags in white and red have also been seen in the downtown area, at Cope Park, at the Airport Dike Trail, and at the Brotherhood Bridge Trail among other places.
