Description:
Rounded red and gold metal power take. Has small rounded brass object on top. 2—inch aperture is on one end of top. Two parts (top & bottom) are bolted together. Sides form circle ending on rectangular shaped base.
Inscription: "Patent Pending"
Notes:
Donor's father, Glen Oakes, was stockkeeper/wharfinger for A.J. Mine. Started at Treadwell 1913, then to A.J. 1916. Retired 1962. (Pat Oakes, daughter).
