Description:
"A" is a pair of pince—nez type of eyeglasses without the lens. They lack earpieces and have a small loop at bottom right which connects to a gold chain which in turn connects to a wire that presumably would connect to an article of clothing or around the ear. The two rims are connects by a spring strip of metal which forces the two rims in, in contrast to the force exerted by the nose out.
"B" is the glasses' cover with is a sewn piece of light brown leather that covers the glasses and locks together with a snap—on. On the top of this cover is the label, "Dr. C.J. Meyer Juneau, Alaska".
