Fan, made from wooden slats, pinned together at bottom with a metal rivet and held together at top with pink yarn. On the front face of the fan is a painted design. The design is a pastoral scene of a rustic cabin on stilts surrounded by trees. The sky is bright blue with lots of white clouds. On the unpainted band at top "PHILIPPINES" is printed in black paint.
