Painting includes scenes of cave people, Egyptians, Greeks and Romans, Asians, Alaskan natives, as well as modern western medicine. All of the figures in the painting are praticing there own form of medicine.
Notes:
This painting was donated by Jim & Norma Jean McCorcle. The image is an origional Rie Munoz that hung in the pharmacy that Jim McCorcle owned (in the files).

McCorcle Pharmacy was in the Goldstein Building.

This picture is a 'Gouache': a type of paint consisting of pigment suspended in water. Gouache differs from watercolor in that the particles are larger, the ratio of pigment to water is much higher, and an additional, inert, white pigment such as chalk is also present.
