Advertisement curio giveaway for H. S. Graves The Clothing Man, Juneau, Alaska. Consists of black silhouette painting of cowboy cooking over a fire with a horse standing next to him on glass. Behind silhouette is a color color landscape print. Attached to back print glass thermometer set on gold paper. All pieces contained in gold—colored frame. Yellow cord attached to back as a hanging mechanism.
Writing on back of frame reads: Grandpa Taylor had this — possibly he got it on his trop to visit us in Juneau in 1958 — or maybe Jess brought it to him (1937—1943) when was in Alaska — V. Lovaas
found at the farm (Joyce, Wash.) 6/70 (Bill Matheny said this had to be in the 1940's — when Graves had the clothing store in Juneau)
