Description:
Clear glass medicine bottle in typical rectangular shape. Raised letters on front: "JUNEAU DRUG CO. Z.J. LOUSSAC, PROP. JUNEAU ALASKA". Above overlapped "Z.J.L." initials inside circle of two curved, crossed laurel(?) branches. Applied tooled lip.
Notes:
Z. J. Loussac had a drugstore in Juneau 107 Front St by 1914. In 1916. he went to Anchorage & established a drugstore at 4th & E St. He was 3—time mayor, founding Loussac Foundation that built ZJ Loussac Library in midtown Anchorage.
