Power Cable Conductor From Treadwell Mine Power Plant 16
Description:
Conductor, segment of electrical cable, composed of three bundles of copper wires, protected by petroleum based oil or grease and natural fiber filling; all encased in lead sheath. One end has been cut clean, opposite is distorted, uneven. Sheath covering very irregular and colors are: gray, tan, brown, black.
Notes:
Per donor: Conductor is part of electrical cable from Treadwell Mine Power Plant located directly below Treadwell Glory Hole. It was found along ditch, extending from power plant to Gastineau Channel. See document file for add. information.
