Fly Wheel Pattern Piece

Description:
Circular wooden pattern piece with four partitions and solid circular center 11 inches in circumference. Each partition has oblong, ovoid opening for pattern design. Base has two round holes with circular brass inserts. Also many very small holes. Major portions painted black but some natural wood color, mainly on bottom. Metal strip on upper rim attached with three tiny nails with numbers.
Inscription: "1446"
