Title:
Carbon rods for Edison battery
Description:
Two rods of carbon, possibly served as battery electroplates. The measurements are from the larger rod. "A" is a large cylindrical—shaped rod with a flat base and a blunt point at the other end. "B" is small, cylindrical—shaped carbon rod with a flat base and a blunt point also. These points appears to have been worn into their present shaped and might have happened during the battery chemical process of generating electricity.
