Medium "Art Deco" Glass Jar
Description:
Wide—mouth, threaded collar jar of clear glass. Has a little grayish tint to glass. Sides are designed with lines in an art deco style. Possibly held food or condiments. On the bottom "0—7319" and an 8. Also has a "logo" An "H" surrounding an A. There is a small circle mark off center from the HA logo.
Mold marks visible at sides. Bottom interior is slanted slightly. More glass on proper left than on proper right.

Notes:
Collection donated by Linda Wahto, brought in by donor's daughter Myiia Whistler. According to Whistler, Wahto and Willette Janes would hunt bottles together. Bottles found in Treadwell/Douglas area. Some are from Myiia's grandfather's house/cabin on the Treadwell Ditch. He grew up there — they tossed garbage into the ditch. Mom/Grandma and Janes would bottle hunt up at the cabin site.
