Description:
Western Airlines plastic model airplane. Body primarily white with red strip running across it ending with "W". Word "Western" painted on tail. Tail flaps and wings colored silver. Doors and windows painted on body, along with small American flag at both ends of body. Plane is held on wooden stand with metal strip extending up to underside of plane. On both bottom of plane and stand is silver manufacturer's sticker: "Pacific Miniatures Inc. Alhembra CA".
Notes:
Model identified as Boeing 707 by tourist who was pilot of Pan Am. Donor believes model used on counter display at Juneau Travel in Baranof Hotel.
