B — 2.875 inches by 1.5 inches by .25 inch yellow and blue vertically stripped ribbon with brass disc medal. Eagle and stars in center. All attached to blue velvet backing.
C — .375 inch by 1.375 inches by .25 inch yellow and blue ribbon bar pin
D — .5625 inch by .6875 inch by .25 inch yellow and blue enameled brass pin
Inscription: "Awarded in the name of the Congress of US of A for faithful and loyal service — Selective Service System WW II"
"SELECTIVE SERVICE SYSTEM (star) WORLD WAR II" around edge of "B"
