A) Angular lenses with fused bifocals and pinch—nez bridge. Nose pads have plastic pieces on upper half. Hole in outer edge of proper right lens for chain (now missing.) Inside bridge: 14KSHUR—ON

B) Plain black case with velvet interior. On base in gold lettering: Jordan & Arduser Optometrists 203 Masonic Temple Minneapolis
Notes:
Unknown if this is the original case. According to Roy Box, fused lenses were rare, required careful temperature control, two glass pieces had different refractive indices...on with a higher RI for the fused—on part. May have been Pan Optic or Bausch and Lomb lenses.
