Description:
Rectangular cut glass (or crystal) dish. Edges are serrated, and diamond—grid geometrical pattern fills most of sides and bottom. Large floral motif is symmetrically placed on both ends.
Notes:
Dish belonged to Mrs. Harley (Myrtle) Turner who lived on Starr Hill (535 Kennedy St) from 1922—1950. Mr. Turner came to Juneau in 1899 & worked for C.W. Young Hardware & B.M. Behrends Co. The donor knew Mrs. Turner as a child & thought the dish may have been a wedding present. Mrs. Turner gave dish to donor in the 1960s.
