Wooden, painted black, roughly circular with five large teeth radiating outward, At center is a tall cylindrical post that rises from the center of the object. The post is flat on top and has a 0.375 inch hole drilled into it approximately 0.75 inch deep. There is a metal identification plate attached to the object by the center cylinder with the stamped identification: "J—392."
Reverse is flat.
