Chromed metal "Drill Hole" Geiger counter ("A") in brown fitted leather case with attached shoulder strap ["C"). Recorder (probe), wire, and plug ("B") attaches to Geiger counter box and plug zips into case. Paper operations manual ("D").
"DRILL HOLE" / GEIGER COUNTER / MODEL 121 / PRECISION / RADIATION INSTRUMENTS, INC. / LOS ANGELES 16, CALIFORNIA" / …" painted on top of case. "21276" hand engraved on side of Geiger counter.
