Description:
A — 12.5 inches by 16 inches by 10 inches special metal wire cage, suspended upright by two red celluloid supports, metal rod running through supports and cage, turned by red wood and metal handle. Black wood platform cage has door on side.
B — Box of 73 wood balls — black—lidded cardboard box, top fitting over bottom. Balls have letters and numbers.
C & D — Green bingo cards with orange clear plastic sliding windows over numbers. Rounded corners.
E & F — Tan bingo cards with opaque black sliding windows covering numbers, metal slides.
Inscription: B — "Bingo balls, save for Bingo, 2# missing".
Notes:
Given to City Museum when St Ann's School was torn down in 1991. Bingo set may date to 1920s as Katherine Shaw said handwriting on box was hers from late 1940s & it was popular since her childhood at church fairs.
