Small dark blue packet contains beige cigarette papers. Packet slit along bottom. Loose piece indicates it was included as complimentary package with some Bull Durham tobacco. Labeled LA+. Cross symbol used by the Axis in WW II.
Inscription: "THE ONLY GENUINE WHEAT STAW CIGARETTE PAPER / Made in U.S.A. pursuant to specifications and by authority of La Croix Fils, France".
"Tear this cover on perforated line leave papers attached to each and slip out one at a time as needed."
