Description:
A — Red with thin white line outlining tops of skis. Logo below ski tips with company's name in white trapezoid below light blue skier. Bottoms also red. No evidence of metal edges.
B — Bindings are aluminum alloy with leather—buckled straps. Four slot screws attach binding plates to skis and also fix adjustable width for boot. Leather strap reaches across front of foot. Second leather strap outlines foot with hinging metal clasp behind heel. Measurements are for wooden skis only; with bindings skis are 5 inches wide.
Inscription: A — "J.C. HIGGINS" "SEARS ROEBUCK AND CO. U.S.A. AND SIMPSON SEARS LIMITED".
B — "J.C. HIGGINS TRADE"
