Black synthetic material (bakelite(?) phone with rectangular base and handset attached by brown fabric covered 0.25 inch by 39.0 inch cord. second cord, 0.25 inches by 61.0 inches. comes from same hole in base with RCA jack attached. Paper label is around second cord. Silver metal plunger switch is center in cradle on top of base. Lower front is inset 0.375 inches by 1.75 inches covered with plastic strip over cream colored rectangle0.375 inch by 1.25 inches. Metal plate on bottom of base attached has 4.5 by 0.25 inch round hard rubber cushions on corners.
Inscription: "KELLOGG SWITCHBOARD & SUPPLY COMPANY CHICAGO U.S.A." on mouthpiece.
"9008A" metal plate under base
"KELLOGG S.& S. CO. / NO. 665 D CORD / CHICAGO, ILL, U.S.A." on paper label on cord
