Title:
Gold Nuggets And Gold Dust
Date:
1900
Description:
Gold nuggets and gold dust, 0.424 ounces, in glass vial. Some pieces flattened on one side due to refining. Gold weighed February 18, 1992, by Dave Carnes and Tom Pittman. Some pieces shiny, some dull. In glass vial.
Notes:
Donor states gold was taken from Peterson mine near their cabin, probably from Prairie claim.

There are two nuggets that were on the rim of the dish when this came out of the exhibit case. This gold looks like it could have come from a different place. It is a lot shinier and textured differently. Those two nuggets may not belong to 92.02.003
