Etched Filipino Pen Holder. In the shape of a bull's horns, with a highly polished piece of wood at center. Two holes with brass rings for holding pens. On the reverse side of the central wooden piece is carved the word:"PHILIPPINES", which is painted white, beneath that is a carved scene of a rustic cabin. Each "horn" has had it's back flattened and is etched with images of palm trees and rustic cabins. At the base of each "horn" is a band of red crushed velvet material.
