Description:
White sponge designed to resemble one dollar bill. Green printing with lettering along top and bottom boarders and center. Inscription on top and bottom edge "THREE BILLION TOO MUCH". Upper left and upper right corner "3"; lower left and lower right corners "$". Center "THE CAPITAL MOVE / A $3 BILLION QUESTION?" Printer's union insignia centered underneath. Back border identical to front. Center reads "DON'T LET WILLOW / SOAK UP OUR $ / VOTE NO (underlined) ON NOVEMBER 2".
Notes:
Associated with 1982 campaign to keep Juneau the State capital. Probably generated by Committee's advertising campaign. See 84.04.015. Willette brought these in early 1996.
