Description:
Ladies' black synthetic open weave "beret" with black velvet ribbon trim. Ornament at center of crown consists of rhinestone band looped around small piece of feather attached to twisted piece of black pipe cleaner. Hat held in place by wire loops, covered in velvet, and stitched to inside black grosgrain headribbon.
