Description:
Red wool felt headband lined with cotton print material of grey and brown floral pattern. Edges bound with green cotton. Band is 2.25 inches high at back, 4 inches high in front and 23 inches around. Front beaded decoration, 8.5 inches wide, shows grey and green fish on right and left of blue and silver flower with orange center. Beaded decoration on sides of band is white and blue flower design with gold sequin and green and blue bead design in center. Between side decorations, top and bottom front edges have gold sequin and white bead border. Two white feathers, approximately 11 inches x 3.5 inches, are held in place at their shafts by 2 inch x 1.5 inch red felt patch and black thread. Transparent, opaque, and satin glass beads, sequins.
Notes:
Fish are likely Coho.
