The dillweed paper is mounted to a piece of blue mat board and framed by a double mat of green (interior) and white (exterior). The pirnt shows the Juneau waterfront with a cruise ship docked in front of the Juneau Public Library building and parking garage. There is a wooden dock with an American flag between the boat and building. Super imposed between the ship and the building is the face and head of a dog looking out at the viewer. There is water (Gastineau Channel) in the middle ground. Along the lower egde in the foreground is the same dog, full body this time and in profile, sitting on grass and looking towards the proper left. In the lower proper left corner is a book with text on the cover reading "DOGGONE \ WELCOME". Directly below the print on the dillweed paper and to the proper right is hand written black ink reading: "Patsy Ann: Doggone Welcome c AP \ on dillweed paper". The "c" is the copyright symbol and is enclosed in a circle. Directly below the print on the dillweed paper and to the proper left is hand written black ink reading: "Dianne Anderson 2005".
