Description:
Blue and white plate with gilt lettering. Center transfer print design of about 30 fishing boats. Foreground is water. Background, mountains at proper right. Sky in center and trees to proper left. Bottom center states: " HOONAH FISHING FLEET/ LARGEST NATIVE VILLAGE IN SOUTHEAST / ALASKA". Outside border is blue with white leaves to either side. At top, "ALASKA" is written in gilt. At bottom center "1978" is written in gilt in white banner.
Back: Logo in blue transfer print of wheat or flowers w/ letters "TM". Inscription: "SEVENTH ISSUE / ROYAL BLUE CHATEAU / MADE BY / TIDEMARK CO. / WINTER PARK, FLA / PLATE —— 9". "9" is handpainted. Above logo is plastic disk with gold hanger glued to plate.
