Sausage Stuffer
Description:
A — 13.25 inches by 27 inches by 14.5 inches sausage stuffer on four legs has removable cylinder on left and platform on right through which rod with teeth on one side runs through. Side cranking handle moves stuffer slowly. Inscriptions on platform and brass plaque on platform.
B — 9 inches by 2.5 inches by 1 inch removable cap at end of cylinder is locked into place with opposite projecting handles. Locks "D — F" into place.
C — 5 inches by 1.875 inches removable cranking handle on top of platform moves stuffer quickly.
D—F — 7 inches by 1.9375 inches metal tubes with flanges on one end. Two taper slightly away from collar. Diameter of ends are: D — .6875 inch; E — 1 inch; F — approximately .5 inch. G — 6 inches by 3.5 inches by 2.25 inches arched handle with sideways slot on one end and bracket riveted onto other end.
Inscription: "WAGNER STUFFER NO. 3"

Notes:
Originally property of Mr. Eugene Weschenfelder, butcher at Treadwell Market for many years. Believed to have been used then & later at Home Grocery, which was well known for sausage making. He & his wife also had fox farm on Spuhn Island. Donors say it still works well.
Cork & 4 3/4" round cardboard found w/ B—E were discarded.
