Green plastic drawing template. Object is a rectangle. Object has four sets of shapes decreasing in size from proper right to proper left. Top to bottom there are circles, pentagons, squares and triangles. Proper right to proper left the shapes decrease in size from 0.5 inch to 0.9 inch. There is a scale along the top edge that goes from 0 to 5 inches in increments of sixteenths of an inch. There is a scale along the bottom that is in tenths of an inch. Printed in black ink are the manufacturing marks: "RAPIDESIGN NO. 19," and "SKETCH MATE."
