Railroad Pen for cartography.
Pen has a black handle. Near the end of the handle is a maroon colored band. The writing end of the pen has two parallel and identical pen tips. There is one thumb screw to adjust the distance between the two tips. Each tip also has a thumb screw to secure the writing nip to it.
