A—B — Cylindrical black opaque rigid plastic gillnet fishing floats. Hole 0.375 inch diameter through center. Seam around center circumference of cylinder. 6 to 8 irregular plastic (about ~ 0.125 inch diameter) bumps around cylinder and adjacent to seam.

From collection of beach combed floats collected by Thomas S. Parke.
These floats used on cork or float line of herring(?) gillnet. Most of wear likely from wave action tossing loose floats on beach.
