Black and white photograph of a float plane (sea plane) and three men. One man is standing in front of the aircraft's propeller. One is standing on the plane's left pontoon. The third is standing with one foot on the plane's left pontoon and the other on the dock to which the plane is tied. There are boats, water buildings and a mountain in the background. One of the buildings in the background has a sign with text reading: "PACIFIC STEAMSHIP COMPANY".
Verso has a stamped number "43" upside down in the upper proper left corner in blue ink. The photograph is of the float plane named "Wrangell".

Located in photo album (2013.08.011A). Attached to album page by corner tabs. White text on album page below photograph reads: "The Old Wrangell — '29".

The album belonged to William G. Brian Harland. He was a mechanic for Alaska—Washington Airways and Alaska Southern Airways. He was based out of Juneau.
