Color photo shows a white vehicle halfway down an embankment with large group of people surrounding the vehicle. To the proper right of the photograph is half a white vehicle. The rear end of the vehicle is facing the camera and the vehicle is missing glass in the back windows. To the proper left of the vehicle is a group of people. Near the front end of the car, two firefighters in yellow jackets and black helmets can be seen. To the rear end of the vehicle, a man in a gray jacket and jeans with his back to the camera is standing to the proper left of the vehicle's doors. A man in an army green one—piece snow suit with a yellow hat and a firefighter in a black jacket are standing over a stretcher. To the proper right of the photo a group of people can be seen standing on an embankment opposite the vehicle. On the embankment, a woman in jeans, a brown jacket, and a blue hat is taking pictures. The entire embankment is covered in snow. The channel and cars on the street above the embankment can be seen in the background.
